REMOTE PILOT
Sydney, NSW, Australia
The D-Team is recruiting for an A-grade Remote (Drone) Pilot wanting to push their career to the next level. Diospatial is one of Australia’s leading providers of drone surveys and inspections across the AEC sector, servicing government and tier 1 private industry clients throughout NSW, Victoria and Queensland.
The successful applicant will see themselves quickly become a core member of the operations team with broad responsibility across many aspects of the Diospatial drone program including the planning, preparation, and execution of for a range of survey (photogrammetry and LiDAR) and inspections missions.
The role primarily entails:
- Planning of drone missions and preparation pre-flight JSA’s for approval by the Chief Remote Pilot
- Preparing automated flight plans for drone LiDAR survey missions in complex and remote terrain, where 3D flight planning and visual line of site are critical considerations
- Execution of automated drone missions for the purposes of LiDAR surveys and photogrammetry surveys
- Execution of complex manually piloted drone missions for the purposes of high detail photogrammetry modelling and close visual inspection

Diospatial is recruiting for a professional and ambitious Administration Assistant to join our fast growing team!
The responsibilities of the position are diverse and require someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle a range of tasks, including general administration, recruitment, operations, and accounts. The successful candidate will need to be proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office and Xero accounting software, and have knowledge of HR policies and basic bookkeeping principles.
The role is based on a 4-day working week and supports flexible working between the Diospatial Office and home.
The role primarily entails:
- Perform general administrative duties
- Manage and maintain the company’s records and databases
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding process
- Process payroll and expenses, maintain records, and resolve any discrepancies
- Support the Operations Team in rostering, booking travel and logistics
- Respond to employee inquiries and resolve any HR-related issues
- Prepare and send out invoices and follow-up on payments
- Assist with planning and coordinating company events
- Perform any other administrative tasks as required
